Nicole is a graduate from Colorado State University with a BA in Economics and a concentration in global environmental sustainability. She is passionate about innovation and teaching, and is the lead instructor for our Bootcamp 4 Knack courses. Nicole has been instrumental in Knack development for Fine Mountain Consulting and is a great resource for all of your Knack needs.
Jessica Rakes
Certified Project Manager
Jessica has been a certified project manager for the past 13 years and has worked in software development for 12 of those years. She is experienced in evaluating complex problems to identify effective solutions. She possesses the ability to conduct detailed analyses, deliver complicated projects on-time and on-budget, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, identify priorities and plan strategically.

Gui is an accomplished Solutions Architect with 18 years of software engineering experience and a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry. He is skilled in Project Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Improvement, Strategy, and Account Management.
